1. What we send.

Transactional messages (if you opted in): order confirmations, pickup reminders and scheduling, booking confirmations and updates, and replies to your inquiries.
Marketing messages (only if you separately opted in): new products, seasonal availability (eggs, honey, chicken, lamb, animals, puppy litters), farm events, and promotions.

2. How you opt in. By checking the SMS consent checkbox(es) on a form on our website and submitting your mobile number. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your orders, bookings, and the season.

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

5. How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or STOPALL. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
