The full tour
Every stop, start to finish
From the beehives to the vegetable garden — here's what your private tour looks like, stop by stop.
The Beehives
Your tour begins at the beehives — one of the most fascinating stops on the farm. Your guide will walk you through how the colony works, what the bees are producing, and how raw honey goes from comb to jar. You will taste fresh honey right here at the hive.
VIP: Suit up and inspect the live hive yourself
Chickens, Ducks & Quails
Step inside the chicken yard and meet our flock of pasture-raised hens — a mixed heritage of Rhode Island Red, Barred Plymouth Rock, and Easter Egger crosses. Ducks and quails share the yard, making this one of the busiest and most entertaining stops.
VIP: Collect eggs from the nesting boxes to take home
Nubian Goats
Our Nubian goats are affectionate, curious, and absolutely social. Meet Blossom and Maple, our registered Nubian does from a high butterfat milk-production lineage. With their signature long floppy ears and gentle nature, the goats are one of the highlights for kids of all ages.
Awassi Sheep
Visit our Awassi sheep, a heritage breed known for its hardiness and gentle temperament. Your guide will share the story behind this breed, their role on the farm, and what makes them distinct from other sheep. Guests can pet and spend time with the sheep in their pasture.
The Bunnies
A crowd favorite, especially for the youngest guests. Our rabbits are calm, friendly, and love being held. Your guide will introduce the bunnies and share what goes into caring for them on the farm.
Vegetable Garden & Berry Patch
The tour wraps up in our working kitchen garden and berry patch, where seasonal vegetables and fruits grow throughout the warmer months. Your guide will walk you through what is growing, how it is cultivated, and how it connects to the rest of the farm.
VIP hands-on experience
Only available in the VIP tier
Beekeeper Suit & Live Hive Inspection
We suit you up in a full beekeeper's suit, open the hive, and pull the frames so you can see the colony at work. Your guide explains every frame — brood, honey, the queen.
Honeycomb Tasting — Straight from the Comb
There is a real difference between jarred honey and raw comb honey tasted right at the hive. VIP guests taste honey in its most natural form, with wax comb included.
Egg Collection & Take-Home Dozen
Collect fresh eggs from the nesting boxes yourself and leave with a full dozen pasture-raised eggs from our certified organic, corn-free and soy-free flock.
What to expect
How the visit runs
Just your group
We run one booking at a time. No crowds, no queueing, no sharing the farm with strangers.
Guided by us
One of the family walks you round. Ask anything — that's rather the point of coming.
Hands on
Feeding, holding, collecting. Children touch the animals rather than watch them through a fence.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Simple Full Tour and the VIP Experience?
The Simple Tour ($150) is a private guided walk of the whole farm — bees, chickens, ducks, quail, goats, sheep, bunnies, and the garden — with honey tasting and hands-on petting and feeding along the way. The VIP Experience ($299) includes everything in Simple, elevated to fully hands-on: you suit up and open the beehive yourself, collect eggs straight from the nesting boxes, and take home a dozen fresh eggs, with a deeper educational stop at every station.
How long does the full tour take?
60–120 minutes, depending on group size and how long you want to linger at each stop. There's no set pace — you move through at your own speed.
Is the full tour suitable for young children and toddlers?
Yes — the tour is designed to work for all ages, and your guide adjusts pacing and hands-on activities based on who's in your group.
How many people can join?
Both tiers cover up to 5 guests. Extra guests are $10 per person on the Simple Tour and $15 per person on the VIP Experience. Pony ride with Cosmo is an optional add-on at $10/person
What should we wear and bring?
Long sleeves and jeans are recommended — for extra protection near the hive (even if you're suiting up) and for the bunny stop, since bunnies can scratch.
Can guests with bee sting allergies join the tour?
We don't recommend the VIP Experience for guests with bee sting allergies, since it includes opening the active hive. The Simple Tour should be safe, since it doesn't bring guests near the open hive.
How do I book and what is the cancellation policy?
Request a date through the booking form or by calling/texting (732) 607-4422. No payment is taken online — we'll contact you to confirm your date and time, and payment is collected upfront once confirmed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call at least 48 hours before your scheduled time for a refund or to rebook.
