From the moment your group arrives, the pace slows down. This experience is designed with young children in mind, which means no loud equipment, no rushing, and no chaos. Just you, your family, and a quiet corner of the farm where our bunnies live.

You will get to hold the bunnies one by one, feeling their soft fur and learning how to gently cradle them so they feel safe and comfortable. Our farm team guides every step, showing even the smallest guests exactly what to do and how to move around the animals calmly.

The feeding portion is a highlight for kids. You will offer approved treats directly from your hand while our team explains what bunnies eat, what they love, and what to avoid. It turns a moment of fun into something genuinely educational without feeling like a class.

The session wraps with a short conversation about bunny behavior and basic care. Many families tell us this sparks an interest in animals that their children carry home with them. There is no minimum age requirement for the Bunny Experience. This is one of the most gentle, child-friendly activities on the farm and is suitable even for toddlers and very young children. All interactions are fully supervised by our farm team, and we guide every child on how to safely and gently hold the bunnies. Parents and guardians are welcome and encouraged to participate alongside their children throughout the entire session.
Yes. Our bunnies are farm-raised, well-socialized, and accustomed to gentle handling by visitors of all ages. They are calm and comfortable being held by both children and adults. Our team supervises every interaction closely and provides hands-on guidance to ensure guests and animals are both at ease. The safety and wellbeing of our animals is our highest priority on every visit.
Our bunnies eat a carefully managed diet of hay, fresh leafy greens, and specially selected vegetables. During your visit, you will feed them using approved farm treats that we provide as part of the experience. We ask that guests do not bring outside food for the animals, as unapproved foods can disrupt rabbit digestive health. Learning about proper rabbit nutrition is actually one of the educational highlights of the session.
The Bunny Experience typically runs approximately 30 to 45 minutes. This allows enough time for introductions, hands-on holding and feeding, and a short educational segment on bunny behavior, diet, and care. The pace is relaxed and child-friendly. If you have added the Goat Milking or Pony Ride, additional time will be scheduled accordingly.
Absolutely. The Bunny Experience pairs well with our other private tour add-ons. You can add Milk the Goats for $14.99 per person or a Pony Ride with Cosmo for $10 per person.
